MARY LYNN CASTEEL BOLTON

Memorial service for Mary Lynn Casteel Bolton, 65, of Monroe, LA, will be held 
6:00PM Thursday, February 11, 2016, in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in 
Monroe with Rev. Keith McVay officiating.

Mary Lynn passed away on February 8, 2016, at her residence.

She was a registered nurse with the flight crew on the first medical helicopter 
in Shreveport, LA. She retired as the head nurse of Life Share Medical Flight 
Team.

Survivors include her sister-in-law, Denice Wilkinson Casteel; nieces and 
nephews, Laura and Nick Jordan, Sarah Thorn, Henry Jay Foggo IV and fiancée 
Kristy Miles, Elizabeth Casteel, and David Casteel; great nephew, Ian Jordan; 
her treasured friend, Diana Hughes May; and beloved poodle, Krikette.

Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 6:00PM Thursday at Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation .
