VICTOR JOSEPH BONIN

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, December 
20, 2008 at The Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Victor Joseph Bonin, 86, 
passed away on December 18, 2008 at 4:15 A.M at St. Francis Medical Center in 
Monroe.

Reverend Curtis Mallet, JCL, Pastor of St. Genevieve Catholic Church, will be 
Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services.

Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Bonin, a resident of Monroe, LA, was the son of the late Clement Bonin and 
the former Laura Ransonet, both of Iberia Parish, LA. Victor was retired from 
Patterson Services.

He is survived by his sons, Dean Paul Bonin of Monroe, LA and Todd Joseph 
Bonin of Monroe, LA; one daughter, Roxie Bonin Ducharme and husband Thomas of 
Panama City Beach, FL; grandsons, Thomas Ducharme, Jr. of Panama City Beach, 
FL and Mark Ducharme of Plaquemines, LA; granddaughters, Rebekah Ducharme Rich 
of Lafayette, LA and Tiffany Ducharme of Panama City Beach, FL; and one 
sister, Laura Belle Crochet of Houma, LA.

He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Gloria Dugas and one sister, 
Mary Lou Bonin.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Saturday, December 20, 
2008 from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at Delhomme Funeral Home of 
Lafayette.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Ducharme, Sr., Thomas Ducharme, Jr., Mark Ducharme 
and Jonathan Rich.

Memorial contributions can be made in the name of Victor J. Bonin to Glenmary 
Home Missioners, 4119 Glenmary Trace, P.O. Box 465618, Cincinnati, OH 45246-
5618 or to Palmer Home for Children, P.O. Box 746, Columbus, MS 39703-9983.
