ALVIN BOOTHE JR.

Funeral Services for Alvin E. Boothe, Jr., 59, of West Monroe, LA will be held 
at 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 22, 2016 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home 
West Monroe, LA with Rev. Adam Stanfield officiating. Interment will follow in 
the Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, LA.

Alvin was born on December 3, 1956 and passed away on January 19, 2016. Alvin 
is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin E. Boothe, Sr. and Alice Marie 
Boothe.

Alvin took medical retirement from Graphic Packaging after 37 years of service. 
Throughout his life, he loved to fish and hunt, and he enjoyed nature.

Survivors include his wife, Bessie Semmes Boothe; son, Daniel Slade Boothe and 
wife, Jennifer and their children, Drake, Jenna, and Jaida; his daughter, 
Kimberly Cummings Loe and husband, Tommy and their son, Alexander.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Hux, Cecil Willis, James Morehead, David Breithaupt, 
Tommy Loe, and James Nappier. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tom Davenport, Tommy 
Semmes, Sr., Tommy Semmes, Jr., and Wade Thompson.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 21, 
2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or any other 
charity of your choice .

His family would like to thank the many doctors, nurses, and therapists at 
Glenwood Hospital who took such good care of him during his illness and would 
especially like to thank Dr. Lowery Thompson who treated him for many years.
