LEAANN PALMER BOSTICK


Memorial Service for Mrs. LeaAnn Palmer Bostick, 48, of Benton, AR, will be 
held 6:00 P.M., Thursday, October 22, 2015 at First Baptist Church, West Monroe 
with Rev. Jeff Clark officiating and a visitation will follow, under the 
direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

LeaAnn was born December 30, 1966 in Monroe, LA and passed away October 18, 
2015. LeaAnn was saved, baptized, and discipled at the First Baptist Church 
West Monroe. Graduated West Monroe High School class of '85 and graduated from 
Louisiana Tech class of '89. Married to Terry Bostick June of 1988. Not only 
was LeaAnn a terrific minister's wife she was an excellent school teacher. She 
taught children and befriended fellow faculty at Azle Elementary, Azle TX, St. 
Joseph's Catholic School, Bastrop, LA, Victory Baptist School, Sherwood, AR, 
Salter Elementary, Talladega, AL and Lawson Elementary, Little Rock, AR. She 
served alongside her husband and was loved by all the churches she served 
including, Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Rocky Branch, LA, First Baptist 
Church, Oxford, AL and First Baptist Church, Bastrop, LA. LeaAnn fought a 
battle with a rare form of cancer for 8 years and finally passed away as a 
result of complications from treatments. In her final days, she was surrounded 
by her family, friends, and former church members. LeaAnn was a loving, 
selfless wife and mother.

LeaAnn was preceded in death by daughter, Amelia Palmer Bostick; father-in-law 
Roy Bostick; and brother-in-law, John Messina.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Bostick; daughter, Lindsey Bostick; her 
father and mother, Berle and Lea Palmer; sister, Rene Messina; mother-in-law, 
Pat Bostick; brothers-in-law, Thad Bostick and Troy Bostick and his wife 
Jennifer; niece, Tara Lynn Ratcliff and her husband Dustin; nephews, Caleb 
Bostick and Josh Bostick and his wife Morgan and their daughter Arden.

Pallbearers for the private family committal: Josh Bostick, Caleb Bostick, 
Chris Gunn, Byron Bostick, Wade Bostick and Dustin Ratcliff.
