Jeff Sykes and Rev. Bucky Curry officiating. Interment will follow at Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home. Mr. Braddock was born in Caldwell Parish, LA on May 11, 1925 and passed from this life at the Northeast LA War Veterans Home on Friday March 8, 2013 after an extended illness. He was a resident of Madison Parish, retired farmer and welder; a member of First Baptist Church Sterlington and the Crowville Masonic Lodge; he served with the United States Navy during WWII. He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife of almost 64 years Betty H. Braddock; daughters Nieda Paylor and Evelyn Richardson; sister Ola Stevens; grandchildren Jennifer and Vanessa Paylor; also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Visitation for friends will be Saturday 5pm until 8pm at the church.
