MARY HELEN SMITH BRADSHAW

Graveside service for Mary Helen Smith Bradshaw, 90, of Monroe, LA, will be held 
at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 26, 2014, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, 
LA, with Rev. Stuart Sherman of Asbury United Methodist Church officiating, 
under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mrs. Bradshaw was born in Urbana, AR, on April 11, 1924 and passed away on 
Wednesday, May 21, 2014. She is preceded in death by her parents, Milton and 
Ruth Smith; brother, Roy Smith; and Michael Colwell who she loved like a 
grandson.

Survivors include daughters, Linda Lake and husband, Stan of Rome, GA, Suzie 
Cooper and husband, Ben of Monroe, LA, Penny Melhorn and husband Mark of Rison, 
AR; grandchildren, Robin Johnson, Ava Howard, Seth Cooper, Trey Scharf, and Rick 
Scharf; great grandchildren, Olivia Howard, Emerson Howard, Hazel Cooper, Andrew 
Johnson, Paisley Scharf; dear friend, Mable Warner; brother, Jimmy Smith; and 
sister, Odean Taylor.

Pallbearers will be Ben Cooper, Stan Lake, Mark Melhorn, Seth Cooper, Trey 
Scharf, and Rick Scharf.

Memorials may be made to Louisiana Methodist Children's Home, Ruston, LA or 
Asbury United Methodist Church, West Monroe, LA.
