Funeral Services for Mr. Julian W. Brandao, Sr., 74, of West Monroe, LA will 
be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 13, 2008 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, West Monroe with Fr. Joseph Puthapally and Rev. Randy Bardwell 
officiating. Interment will follow at Rhymes Cemetery in Richland Parish, LA.

Mr. Brandao was born October 14, 1934 and passed away on December 9, 2008 in 
West Monroe, LA. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He served in 
the United States Army. He retired from the United States Postal Service. He 
is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Viola Brandao; parents, Julian Marcel 
and Ollie Minnie Brandao; brother, Don Brandao; and very special uncle, Denson 
Smith.

He is survived by his sons, Julian "Jay" Brandao and wife Rose of Orange, TX, 
James "Pat" Brandao and wife Shirley of West Monroe, LA, Daniel "Keith" 
Brandao and wife Patty of Pinehurst, ID, Denson "Marcel" Brandao and wife 
Laura of West Monroe, LA; fourteen grandchildren, Rhine, Dominic, Jeremy, 
Shane, William, Michelle, Heather, Jessica, Chelsey, Kullen, Kasey, Jacob, 
Monica and Zoe; four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Pat Williams, Toby Danna, David Danna, Jeremy Broussard, 
Scott Brown, and George Brown.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, December 12, 2008 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
