JUANITA GRANT BRANT

Graveside services for Juanita Brant, 96, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 
2:00 PM, Friday, November 11, 2016, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery with 
Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Visitation will be 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, on 
Friday, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Brant, a housewife, died peacefully in her home after a long illness on 
November 8, 2016. Mrs. Brant graduated from the University of Central 
Arkansas with a degree in Home Economics, and with an additional degree from 
ULM in Library Science.

Mrs. Brant was preceded in death by her parents, William Clifford and Nora 
Beck Grant.

She is survived by her husband of 74 years, Mr. Donald McAdam Brant; her 
son, Don Brant and his wife Brenda; her daughter, Jane Nichols and husband 
Jimmy, and daughter, Judy Palmer; five grandchildren; 15 great 
grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.

The family wishes to extend their thanks to her devoted caregivers.

Memorials may be made to North Monroe Baptist Church, Monroe, LA.
