LIGE JR. BRASWELL

Funeral service for Mr. Lige Braswell, Jr., 61, of Wisner, will take place at 
10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Christian Fellowship Church, with 
Rev. George Ferrington officiating and interment to follow at South Central 
Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Young's Community Memorial 
Funeral Home-Winnsboro, LA.

Lige, a farmer, was born on October 9, 1953 in Wisner, LA to the union of Lige 
Braswell, Sr. and Lucille Ferrington Braswell and passed away on August 30, 
2015 in Wisner, LA. He is preceded in death by his parents and by his two 
sisters, Janet Barton and Jeanette Braswell.

Survivors left to cherish his memory are his wife of 32 years Sherrie Braswell 
of Wisner, LA; sons, Randall Anderson Braswell and wife Amy of Wisner, LA and 
Ronnie Lige Braswell and wife Anna Kay of West Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Evan 
Braswell, Carson Braswell, Gabe Braswell, Charlie Braswell, Cecilia Braswell 
and Katelin Michelle Cockerham; brother, Jimmy Braswell and wife Kay of 
Houston, TX and sister, Barbara Braswell of Waxahatchie, TX.

Pallbearers will be John 'Byrd' Moroni, Herman Rials, Mark Ingram, 'Uncle' Bob 
Moroni, Jeff Eley, Joe Pike, Blueford 'DD' Smith and Frank Hill.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tom Kerrigan, Mike Watson, Bubba Dale Ellerbe and 
Dennis Berry.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, September 1st, 2015 
from 5:00-8:00 PM at Christian Fellowship Church.
