Memorial services for Charles W. Bratton, 75, of West Monroe, LA will be held 
at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Cedar Crest Baptist Church. Rev. Greg 
Clark will officiate under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe, LA. Mr. Bratton was born November 19, 1934 in Caldwell Parish, LA and 
passed away February 28, 2010 in West Monroe, LA. A retired manager for 
Manville Corporation, he served in the United States Army and was an active 
member of Cedar Crest Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 54 years; 
Trudie Bratton; daughters; Kay Bratton Moore and Paula Dee Bratton Potter and 
husband, Mike; granddaughter, Emily Potter; grandson, Christopher Potter; 
sisters, Mary Francis Warner and Shirley Gonzales and husband, Joe; sister-in-
law, Barbara Bratton; 4 nephews; and a special friend, Eugene Jones. In lieu 
of flowers please send donations to Cedar Crest Baptist Church Building Fund, 
3245 Arkansas Road West Monroe, LA 71291, M.D. Anderson Cancer Research 
Hospital or your favorite charity. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00 
PM until 8:00 PM at Cedar Crest Baptist Church.
