EARL CLARK BRIMBERRY, JR.

Bastrop, LA

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Earl Clark Brimberry, Jr., age 59, of 
Calhoun, Louisiana will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Roselawn 
Memorial Gardens in Calhoun with Reverend Edward M. Head Jr. officiating. 
Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Bastrop.

Mr. Brimberry was born November 12, 1949 in Monroe, Louisiana and he died 
January 29, 2009 at Morehouse General Hospital in Bastrop, Louisiana.

Earl Clark Brimberry, Jr. was the son of the late Earl C. Brimberry and Madie 
Mills Brimberry.

He grew up in Fairbanks, Louisiana and Monroe where he graduated from Neville 
High School and attended Northeast Louisiana University later settling in 
Calhoun where he raised cattle. Mr. Brimberry loved to play golf and he was 
devoted to his friends

Mr. Brimberry is survived by his daughter, Chessley Mills Brimberry of Dallas, 
TX; sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Dr. Claude Pratt of Bastrop; two 
nephews, Earle Files and wife, Hollie of Mer Rouge, LA and John Files and 
wife, Jennifer of Bastrop; three great-nieces, Avery-Grace D. Files, Catherine 
Claire Files, Susan Sawyer Files; great-nephew, Noah Joseph Files; and MANY 
WONDERFUL CARING FRIENDS.

Serving as pallbearers are Andy Barham, Tod Cagle, Hank Hamilton, Mark Hodge, 
Herman McGuire, and Tommy Younse, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorials be made to Christ 
Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 52, Bastrop, LA, 71220
