CARL A. BROWN


Funeral services for Carl A Brown, Sr., 73, of Monroe, will be held at 11:00 
AM, Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with 
Father Job Edathinatt officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial 
Park Cemetery.

Mr. Brown was born July 10, 1939, and passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013, at 
The War Veteran's Home. He was a retired Healthcare Administrator and served 
in the U.S. Navy. 

Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his father, Carl Andrew Brown; his mother, 
Etta Ainsworth Brown; his sister, Betty Brown Anderson; and his wife, Marietta 
Spatafora Brown.

Survivors include his son, Carl Albert Brown, Jr. and wife Karla of Monroe, 
LA; daughter, Kelly Elizabeth Andrews and husband Dean of Vicksburg, MS; 
grandson, Zachary Aaron Brown of Ruston, LA; step-children, Lori Thibodeaux, 
Rhonda Adams, Dina Robinson, Lisa Moore; nine step-grandchildren, and seven 
step-great grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Anderson, Zachary Brown, Eddie (Boy) 
Brown, Dean Andrews, Eric Thibodeaux, and Brent Adams.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time Tuesday at Mulhearn 
Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
