MARY ANN BRYANT

Mary Ann Bryant of Calhoun LA passed away on December 6, 2011. A funeral 
service will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2011 at Griffin Funeral 
Home in West Monroe with Elder Harry Burns Jr. officiating. Visitation will be 
5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, at Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe. A 
graveside service will follow at Sparkman cemetery in Sparkman AR at 3:00 p.m.

Mary taught sixth grade at New Edinburgh school in Arkansas. She loved life, 
enjoyed being with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She 
touched the lives of everyone she ever knew.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband J.B. Bryant; brother Raymond Hoffman; 
parents, Raymond and Florence Hoffman.

She is survived by sons, Ray Bryant and wife Cindy of Fordyce, AR; Jimmy 
Bryant of Little Rock, AR; daughter, Suzannah Clements and husband Austin of 
Calhoun; grandchildren, Jennifer, Ashley, Isabel, T.J., Jacob, Jack; great-
grandchildren, Max, Sophie, Bryant.

Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Watson, Matt Watson, Gary Gardner, Dennis 
Parker, Richard McNair, Lester Jordan.

Pallbearers will be Austin Clements , Jacob Clements, Lewis Clements, Luke 
Clements, Bobby Joe Clements, and Joe Clark.

Special thanks to Dr. Ron Hammett, Dr. Don Hammett, Dr. Ronald Koepke, Dr. 
Harry Donias, Dr. Michael Boykin, Dr. Juan Sollivan, Dr. Duke McHugh and the 
nurses and staff at Glenwood ICU.
