He was a widower with no children. He graduated from NLU with degrees in Science, Business and Construction Management. He worked in commercial construction. He was a Golden Glove Boxer, a sky diver and loved to sing and play the guitar. He loved all kinds of music and loved to read sports books and magazines. He loved to fish and was an avid Saints and LSU fan. Mr. Billy was a Mason and was in the Army and served here in the United States. He loved to roll around the halls of St. Joseph's and see all his friends. He especially loved it when Paul Ford of Caring Hearts came to play the piano and sing. He is survived by his brothers, Bobby Lee Bryant and wife, Mary Lou, and Bernard "Bunzy" Bryant and wife, Mary Lynn; nieces, Elizabeth Ellen Bryant, Michele M. Lowentritt, and Cheryle L. Bryant; nephew, Clinton Bernard Bryant and numerous great nieces and nephews. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
