JAMES BISHOP BUCKLEY
Bailey Funeral Home of Magnolia, AR

James Bishop Buckley, 66, of Walkerville, AR. passed away Saturday, August 15, 
2009 at Willis Knighton Hospital in Bossier City, LA. He was born November 15, 
1942 in Bernice, LA. to James George and Corrie (Robinson) Buckley.

During his life he served as a Deputy Sheriff for Claiborne Parish, worked at 
the Claiborne Plant in Claiborne Parish and was a Maintenance Tech. for 
Calumet. He was one of those special people who loved his job and the people 
he worked with. Besides spending time with his family and friends, Bishop's 
greatest pleasure was spending time outdoors. He always loved to go hunting 
and fishing. He also loved his two dogs "Trouble" and "Gidget" who will miss 
him very much.

Preceding him in death are his parents and one sister, Betty Buckley Smith.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Paula Buckley of Walkerville, 
AR.; one daughter, Lori Ann Buckley and her Fiance' Jamie R. White of Athens, 
LA.; step-son, Benny Keith and wife, Kathy of Hot Springs, AR.; step-daughter, 
Barbie Bailey and husband, David of Magnolia, AR.; three grandsons, Josh 
Keith, Creighton Bailey, Craig Bailey all of Magnolia, AR.; one granddaughter, 
Chanel Bailey of Magnolia, AR.; five sisters, Ann Boone and husband, Nick, 
Maudellen Hollis, Sue Buckley, Barbara Yarbrough and husband, David and Cathy 
Buckley all of Bernice, LA.; one brother, Johnny Buckley and wife, Jeanette of 
Bernice, LA.; one aunt, Mary Aulds of Bernice, LA.; mother-in-law, Betty 
Bailey Pharr of Magnolia, AR.; brother-in-laws, Don Pharr and wife, Trish of 
Walkerville, AR.; Ed Pharr and wife, Mary Jane, Robert Pharr and wife, Necia 
all of Magnolia, AR.; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at Bailey 
Funeral Home Chapel with J.L. Foster officiating. Arrangements are by Bailey 
Funeral Home of Magnolia.
