JACKIE G. BURKETT

Funeral services for Mr. Jackie G. Burkett, 77 of Farmerville, LA, will be 
held Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
Chapel, Farmerville, LA. Officiating the service will be Pastor Steve Idom. 
Interment will be at Liberty Hill Taylor Cemetery in Farmerville. 

Mr. Burkett was born on April 3, 1936 in West Monroe, LA. and passed away on 
March 12, 2014 in Farmerville, LA, following a brief illness. Mr. Burkett was 
a self employed concrete contractor and also owned Jackie's Grocery Bait and 
Tackle Shop in West Monroe.

He is survived by his wife of 60 wonderful years Jean Burkett, Son: Tommy 
Glenn Burkett of Farmerville, Daughters: Lisa Gay Burkett Sykes and Laura Kay 
Burkett Antley of West Monroe and Dusta Holmes honorary daughter also of West 
Monroe. 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday , March 14, 2014, 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, LA.
