Troy Patrick and Rev. Charles Tolbird officiating. Interment will be in Luna Methodist Church Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. The home going of Beulah Iona Waggoner Burnett who entered into this life March 29, 1912. She left this earthly home February 7, 2004 to arrive at her heavenly home to forever be with Lord Jesus Christ who she dearly loved and served for as many years as we can remember. She is having a reunion in Heaven today with her husband, Willis Mayfield Burnett; daughters, Evelyn H. Skaines and Claire Spillmon; her sons, Daniel Burnett, and Harvey Burnett. And many other loved ones gone before her. She spent her last three years at Plantation Manor Nursing Center where she was known as Mrs. Beulah. She would stop and visit with everyone and pray for them. She was always a nurturing, generous, care giver and a blessing to all. Left to cherish her memories and wait to join the reunion are her children and their spouses, Earnestine Hughes, Claude and Lona Burnett, Joanna and Connie Skipper, James and Janet Burnett, Eloise Burnett, Elaine and Drew McMurry, Fae and Terry Manning, Peggy and Michael Barnett, thirty-five grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Visitation will be Monday, 12:00 Noon until time of service at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.
