Funeral services for Kathy R. Butler, age 51, of Forest, LA, will be held at 
11:00 A.M. on Friday, October 24, 2008 at First Baptist Church of Oak Grove, 
LA. Reverends Joe Aulds and Roy Williams will officiate.

She was a secretary for the Media Center of the West Carroll Parish School 
System.

She is preceded in death by her grandson, Gavin Reid Butler; and her parents, 
Cecil Turner Ratliff and Bobbie Jean White Ratliff.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Butler of Forest, son and daughter-in-law, 
Jeremy and Elizabeth Butler of Monroe; son and daughter-in-law, William Jason 
and Victoria Butler of Shreveport; son, Matthew Butler of Witchita, Kansas; 
grandson, Connor Butler of Shreveport; brothers, Paul and Cecil Ratliff of 
Goodwill; sisters, Annette Kovac of Oak Ridge, Donna Aulds of Ruston, Brenda 
Miller of Epps, and Sue Donohue of Farmerville.

Pallbearers are Nick Butler, Scott Sandifer, Ben Butler, Joe Aulds, Brian 
Miller, and Brandon Donohue.
