WILMA EARLINE BYRD

Funeral services for Wilma Earline Byrd, 83, of West Monroe, LA, will be held 
at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 24, 2011, in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home West Monroe, officiating will be Reverend Bruce McGee. Interment will 
follow at Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens, under the direction of Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Wilma Earline Byrd was born September 18, 1927, in West Monroe, LA, to Earl 
and Lily Smith. She died Friday, January 21, 2011. Wilma was a member of Ridge 
Avenue Baptist Church and especially enjoyed her Sunday School Class.

Mrs. Byrd was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Dillard Byrd.

She is survived by one son, Clifford E. Byrd; two daughters, Janice Brown and 
husband Larry, Greta Russell and husband Johnny; one sister, Betty Foster; and 
numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 23, 2011, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM 
at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

The Family would like to thank the staff of The Terrace of West Monroe and 
Louisiana Hospice and Palliative Care for their loving care of their mother.
