NELL ATNIP SIMS CALDWELL

Funeral services for Nell Atnip Sims Caldwell, 95, of Monroe, will be held at 
1:00 PM Thursday, March 19, 2009, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel 
with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn 
Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mrs. Caldwell passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009. She was a member of 
College Place Baptist Church, The Eastern Star, and a retired school teacher 
with Monroe City Schools.

Survivors include her son, Sidney B. Sims and wife Karen of Sterlington, LA; 
daughter, Mary Jane Troutt of West Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Denise, Debbie, 
Keith, Katherine, and Chris and wife Dawn; ten great grandchildren, two great-
great grandchildren, Amelia and Gracie; and one niece, Judy Thornton of 
Houston, TX.

Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 Noon until service time at the 
mausoleum chapel.
