Funeral services for Ross Neville Cannon, age 77, of Oak Grove, Louisiana will 
be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at the Forest Baptist Church, Forest, 
Louisiana with Rev. Paul Whaley and Rev. Byron Gray officiating. Interment 
will be in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Cox 
Funeral Home of Oak Grove.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ross Lynch Cannon and Winnie Opal 
Cannon; sister, Katherine Tillman.

Ross is survived by his wife of 59 years, Fannie Elizabeth Cannon of Oak 
Grove, LA; son and daughter-in-law, Jim Cannon and Mo Cannon of Monroe, LA; 
son, Russ Cannon of Oak Grove, LA; 3 grandchildren, Brandi Whaley and husband 
Rev. Paul of Huntsville, AL, Clint Cannon and wife Shantell of Calhoun, LA, 
Joellen Lee and husband Mike of Monroe, LA; 5 great-grandchildren, Luke Whaley 
and Karsyn Whaley of Huntsville, AL, Caroline Elizabeth Cannon and Lily Cannon 
of Calhoun, LA, Hanna Claire Lee of Monroe, LA.

Pallbearers will be Jim Cannon, Russ Cannon, Clint Cannon, Mike Lee, Bob 
Smith, Doug Sims, Cecil Parmentier.
