Anthony Capers, 37 of Monroe, 

a serviceman at Ouachita Fertilizer, died Tuesday. The funeral will be held at 
11 a.m. Monday at The Greater Free Gift Baptist Church, Monroe. Visitation 
will be held from 6-7 p.m. Sunday at Smith Funeral Home chapel, Monroe. Burial 
will be at Richwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Richwood.
