CLEO CARROLL

Funeral services for Cleo Carroll, 93, of Gilbert will be held 3 pm 
Thursday, October 27, 2016, at Wisner United Methodist Church. Interment 
will be in Oakley Cemetery under the direction of Gill First National 
Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 - 8 Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at the 
church.

Mrs. Carroll was born May 10, 1923, in Winnsboro to the union of Phillip 
Bradford Etheridge and Lutie Dawson Etheridge. She passed from this life on 
October 24, 2016, at Plantation Oaks Nursing Center in Wisner.

Mrs. Carroll was a retired nurse from Franklin Parish.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George H. Carroll, 
Sr.

Survivors include her three children: Sue Carroll, George H. "Mopey" Carroll 
and wife Becky, Elizabeth "Sis" Carroll Killingsworth and husband Gary, 5 
grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of other friends and 
relatives.
