DOROTHY FARRAR CARSON

Funeral services for Dorothy Farrar Carson, 81, of West Monroe will be 10:00 
A.M., Monday, January 5, 2015 in the chapel at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West 
Monroe. Rev. Oda "Tuck" Roberts will officiate. Interment will follow at 
Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Lillie, LA. Visitation will be from 
5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home.

Dorothy was born August 31, 1933 in Lillie, LA and passed away on January 3, 
2015 in West Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her son, Martin K. 
Carson and her parents, Roy and Lucille Farrar.

Dorothy is survived by her husband of 61 years, Loy Carson; three daughters, 
Debra Trahan of Arlington, TX, Laurie Tannehill and husband Tom, Molly May 
and husband, Tom of Owasso, OK; grandchildren, Karen Trahan, Ben Trahan, 
Keith Carson and wife Dani, Jeremy Carson and wife Patti, Jody Carson and 
wife Beth, Adam Tannehill, Kaylen Tannehill, Monica May, and Allison May; 
great-grandchildren, Jonathan Carson and Kelsey Carson; two sisters, Shirley 
F. Smith and Jean F. Kay along with several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ben Trahan, Keith Carson, Jeremy Carson, Jody Carson, 
Adam Tannehill and Tom Tannehill.
