WANDA LOUISE CARTER

Graveside services for Mrs. Wanda Louise Carter, 77, of West Monroe will be 
held at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 19, 2016 at Northwest Louisiana Veterans 
Cemetery, Keithville, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe.

Louise Carter passed away peacefully Friday, September 16, 2016 at her home 
after a lengthy illness. She was greeted by her Lord and Savior, her husband 
SSG Ret. Troyce Carter her parents, Golden and Rita Huffman, 2 brothers, 
Dennis and Printess Huffman, and her grandson, Charlie Thomas. Mrs. Carter 
was former owner and operator of Louisiana Treasures Antique Shop. She 
attended Family Church of West Monroe.

Mrs. Carter is survived by her sister, Shirley Perkins; daughters; Cindy 
Duffield, Ann Sowers, Missy Grissom, Rhonda Parks and son, Troyce R.(Tracy) 
Carter, Jr.; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. 

Pallbearers will be James Thompson, Hank Thompson, Eric Thompson, 
Christopher Johnson, Dustin Parks, and Jordan Carter. 

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 3:30 PM until 5:30 
PM with a service at 5:30 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
