PHILIP A. CASTEEL

Memorial Services for Philip A. Casteel will be on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 
at 11:00 AM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Highway 165 North, Monroe, LA. 
Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the 
Funeral Home.

Philip was born May 14, 1961 in Haynesville, LA, and died on October 20, 2012 
in Monroe, LA. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Arcadia, LA. He was 
employed by Executive Officelinx.

He graduated as Valedictorian from Arcadia High School in Arcadia, LA and 
attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. He was a member of the 
Ouachita Valley Quarterback Club. He was a lifelong fan and supporter of 
Louisiana Tech. He enjoyed family, friends, fishing, concerts, sports, and 
traveling to watch Tech play.

Survivors include his wife Denice Wilkinson Casteel of Monroe, LA, a sister, 
Mary C. Bolton, of Monroe, LA, three children: Laura Foggo and fiancé Nick 
Jordan of Houston, TX, Sarah Thorn of Bossier, LA, Henry Foggo IV of Honolulu, 
HI; a brother, David W. Casteel of Lake City, FL, a niece Elizabeth Casteel of 
Littleton, CO, and a nephew David W. Casteel, Jr. of Lake City, FL. He was 
preceded in death by his parents James A. and Eunice W. Casteel, and a brother 
Don William Casteel.
