BETTY JO CHELETTE AVERY CHADWICK

Funeral services for Betty Jo Chelette Avery Chadwick will be held at 10:00 AM 
Friday, February 26, 2016 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe 
LA. Rev. Andy Myrick and Rev. Larry Hibbard will officiate. Interment will 
follow at Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home West Monroe. 

Betty was born June 22, 1933 and went to be with our Lord and Savior February 
23, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, and two 
husbands.

Betty is survived by children Sandra Avery Parks (Mike), Mike Avery (Pat), 
three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be Dock Copeland, Jared Copeland, Bruce Hankins, 
Britt Hankins, Danny McGrew, and John Middlebrooks. Honorary pallbearers will 
be Ralph Simpson, Quincy Avery, Stewart Boddie, Blake Aaron.

The family greatly appreciates Shelly and Denise from St. Joseph Hospice for 
their care and support. 

Visitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home West Monroe.
