JUANITA "TIBB" CHAPMAN

Funeral services for Mrs. Juanita "Tibb" Chapman, 91, of Shreveport, LA 
formerly of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, November 24, 2008, at 
Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Bruce Rux officiating. 
Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction 
of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mrs. Chapman passed away Thursday, November 20, 2008, at St. Michael's 
Hospital in Texarkana, TX. She was a graduate of Byrd High School in 
Shreveport, a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Monroe, and a member 
of the Chapter V-PEO Sisterhood.

Mrs. Chapman was preceded in death by her husband, W. J. "Dubb" Chapman; two 
sisters, Clio Bright and Dorothy Hoskins; and four brothers.

Survivors include one daughter, Ann Jones and husband Douglas of Texarkana, 
TX; one niece, Beverly Middleton of Austin, TX; three grandchildren, and four 
great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from Monday from 9:00 AM until service time at Mulhearn 
Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
