TROY LEE CHAPMAN

Funeral services for Troy Lee Chapman, Sr., 93, of Rocky Branch will be held at 
2:00 PM, Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. 
Kenny Herring officiating. Interment will follow at Rocky Branch Cemetery under 
the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Troy Lee Chapman, Sr. was born February 14, 1922 in Rocky Branch, LA and passed 
away March 8, 2015 in Monroe, LA. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist 
Church and the Masonic Lodge #419. He was a retired Baptist minister, retired 
from IMC Chemical Plant as a warehouseman and was also a U. S. Army Veteran 
serving in WWII.

Troy is survived by his wife, Carolyn Chapman; son, Troy Chapman, Jr. and wife 
Wanda; daughter, Lillian Meggs and husband Richard; and son, Jimmy Chapman and 
wife Jann; grandchildren, Donovan Chapman, J. C. Chapman, Leilani Long, Clay 
Chapman, Brooke Harris, Melinda Goudeau, Wes Mayes; 7 great-grandchildren and 
numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Donovan Chapman, J C Chapman, Clay Chapman, Matt Harris, 
Edward Sawyer, Matt Herring, Dalton Spillars and Aarron Remedies.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Chapman and Huey Tatum.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 13, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at 
the church.
