Hixon Brothers Funeral Home, Jena, LA

Nell Ruth Chapman, 83. Sunrise March 21, 1926, sunset, August 14, 2009. Known 
as the Singing Nurse at Caldwell Hospital.

Cherised her children and devoted to God. We love and miss her dearly. 
Preceded in death by husband W.C. Lewis and daughter Trena Alvarez. Survived 
by daughter, Rebecca Housley and sons Wallace, Ivan, Jay, and Robbie Lewis. 
Dear to her heart were Linda Lewis, A.C. Housley and Margo Alvarez.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at Rosefield Cemetery in 
Rosefield, LA under the direction of Hixon Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
