MRS. MANDY CHUNN

Funeral services for Mrs. Mandy Chunn, 70, of 612 Colliers Lane, Bastrop, were held
at 5 p.m today in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe with Revs Bill York
and L.L. Morris officiating

Burial was in the Oak Ridge Cemetery at Oak Ridge.

Mrs. Chunn died Saturday at the Morehouse General Hospital after a brief illness.
She was a native of Union Parish, but had resided in Bastrop for several years.

Survivors included a son Charlie G. Chunn of Bastrop; two daughters, Mrs. Emily Jane
Hope of Monroe and Mrs. Reada Stanley of Freer, Tex; Three stepdaughters, Mrs. Mabel
Bell of Tallulah and Mrs Edda McCowin of Oak Ridge, and Mrs. Alice Jones of Gallion;
two step-sons, Albert Chunn and Joe Chunn of Oak Ridge; and 11 grandchildren

Pallbearers were Thomas Dumas, Coy Hofford, Henry Hughes, Pete Kenton, Sid Jones and
Nelson Jones
