JERRY R. CLACK

Funeral services for Jerry R. Clack, 70, of Rustburg, VA formerly of Bastrop, 
LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 2, 2015 in the chapel of 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. Steve Nelson will be officiating. 
Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Linville, LA under 
the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Jerry was born July 10, 1944 in Bastrop, LA and passed away January 28, 2015 in 
Rustburg, VA. He was a member of Lynchburg First Church of the Nazarene, served 
in the United States Air Force, was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Plumbers 
and Steamfitters Union. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Judy Lynn 
McKinnie Clack and parents, James and Lillian Clack.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Sandra Clack of Rustburg, VA; son, Justin Clack 
and wife Sarah of Anderson, SC; grandchildren; James, Elizabeth, Thomas, 
Lillian and Emma Clack; step-children; Kim Tyree and husband Stuart, Kevin 
Pfeifer; step-grandchildren; Casey and Katie Tyree; 3 sisters; Delores 
Bradford, Donnis Trichell and Karen Oldham.

Pallbearers will be Brian Bradford, Neil Oldham, Lee Beaird, Lane Beaird and 
Grant Beaird.

Visitation will be held Sunday February 1, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
