Bessie (Lady Stepper) Clark, a homemaker of Monroe, died Monday. Services are 
2 p.m. Monday at Progressive Baptist Church. Visitation is 1-6 p.m. Sunday at 
Hester State Funeral Home. Burial is in will follow at Richwood Memorial 
Gardens.
