CLARK Funeral services for Mrs. Jean B. Clark, 85, of Monroe, Louisiana, will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 9, 2016, at the First Presbyterian Church in Tallulah, Louisiana. Visitation will be for one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah, Louisiana. Mrs. Clark was born June 19, 1931 in Ringgold, Louisiana. She passed from this life to her heavenly home on July 6, 2016, at Avalon Place in Monroe, Louisiana. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church of Monroe, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her husband, William E. Clark; and her parents, Lexie Manning Burkhalter and Bunah Allums Burkhalter. Survivors include her son, Bill Clark of Dallas, Texas; and two daughters, Lyn White (Marty) of Monroe, Louisiana and Nel Joyner (Simelo) of New Orleans, Louisiana; grandchildren, Lexie White Burton (Beau), Will White (Coty-Brooke), Sarah Joyner Robertson (Mike) of New Orleans, Hannah Claire Joyner of Clinton, Mississippi; one great grandson, Isaac Burton; one sister, Patsy Pendleton of Fort Worth, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Tallulah, Alzheimer's Association , Covenant Presbyterian Church of Monroe, LA, or a charity of your choice .
