Interment will follow at Start Cemetery in Start, LA. Mrs. Clement was born September 6, 1935 and passed away September 14, 2016. She was a member of Ridge Avenue Baptist Church and was a retired administrative assistant with Ouachita Parish School Board. Mrs. Clement was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Nettie Conley; brother, Howard Conley, Jr.; and sister, Kathryn Hardwick. Survivors include her husband, who was her childhood sweetheart, Billy R. Clement; daughters, Katrina McKinney and husband Merwin and Debbie Sexton and husband Tom; son, Dewayne Clement; grandchildren, April Correro and husband Joel, Rebecca Hinton and husband Ricky, Dustin Clement and wife Lori, Jessica Choate and husband Jamie, Joshua Walker and Jonathan McKinney and wife Melissa; 10 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Donna McDanell; brother-in-law, Earl Clement; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Dustin Clement, Jonathan McKinney, Jamie Choate, Ricky Hinton, Joel Correro, and nephew, Wiley Clement. Honorary Pallbearer will be Joshua Walker. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, September 16, 2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital . The family would like to give special thanks to her granddaughter, April for her special care and devotion during her Mamaw's illness, to the Aime Hospice Care and the West Monroe Guest House. Also, special thanks to her faithful friends, Ms. Barbara Kennedy, Ms. Ann Thornhill and Mrs. Jo Rodgers.
