Charlie Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Harris Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 - 8 pm Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the funeral home. Mrs. Coats was born November 2, 1960, in Winnsboro to the union of Wesley Ray Mayo and Lena Elouise Rice Mayo; she passed from this life on November 2, 2016, at her residence in Farmerville. Mrs. Coats enjoyed working in her garden, reading, fishing, but her greatest joy was her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother Wesley Ray Mayo, Jr. and her sister Paula Mayo Woodman. She is survived by her husband Lyn Coats of Farmerville; son Randy Wayne Peavy, Jr. and wife Cheryl of West Monroe; Brandie Ann Peavy of West Monroe; grandchildren: Erin Peavy, Chasidy Peavy, J. D. Cloyd and Colin Cloyd; Bonnie Gray, Charlie Mayo, Douglas Mayo, Pat Jordan, Beverly Wallace, Brenda Mayo, Eric Mayo and Donna Carter; a host of other friends and relatives.
