WILLIAM ALLEN COHN

William Allen Cohn, 57, passed away on December 12, 2012 at Grace Hospice in 
Shreveport, La. He was born on July 6, 1955 in Monroe, La. to Henry Julian 
Cohn and Jane Rooks Cohn.

Billy grew up in Monroe, La. He graduated from Ouachita Parish High School and 
attended Northeast La. University in Monroe . He was a self-employed 
entrepreneur until retirement.

Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, football, loved anything Ouachita Parish High 
School and was a WWII history aficionado. He was happiest while on a Louisiana 
bayou in a duck blind.

Bill is survived by his mother, Jane Cohn, brothers Henry (Marilyn) Cohn, 
David (Linda) Cohn, Michael (Lori) Cohn; sisters, Patricia (Darrell) Cluck, 
Susan Midyett, and Joanna (Fred) McMullen, numerous nieces, nephews and great-
nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by the late Henry J. Cohn,Sr.

A private, family Memorial Service will be held at a later date in the Prayer 
Garden of St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Monroe.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Mark's United Methodist 
Church Prayer Garden, Duck's Unlimited or The Ouachita Parish Public Library.
