JAMES A. "BUD" COLEMAN 

Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA 

Funeral services for Mr. James A. "Bud" Coleman, 80, of Monroe, LA will be 
held at 10:00 AM Monday, July 6, 2009 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. William Smith officiating. Interment will 
follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Coleman passed away Thursday, 
July 2, 2009, at St. Francis Medical Center. He was a long time resident of 
Monroe, retired building contractor, and local businessman. Mr. Coleman was a 
member of College Place Baptist Church, Past President of AGC Association, and 
a member of the Masonic Lodge. Mr. Coleman was preceded in death by his 
parents, Robert A. and Thelma Coleman; and two brothers, Robert E. Coleman, 
Sr. and Tom R. Coleman. Survivors include his wife Audry "Bib" Coleman; two 
daughters, Wilma Cowart and husband Alan of Kingwood, TX and Debbie Stokes of 
Monroe, LA; four grandchildren, Brandon Cowart, Jeremy Cowart, Todd Stokes, 
and Meagan Stokes; and one sister, Wilma Lee Rainwater of Monroe, LA. 
Pallbearers will be J. O. Bailey, Carl Cloessner, Jim Slaughter, Donnie 
Thrash, Sean Rainwater, and Robert McGowen. Honorary pallbearers will be 
Coleman Strickland, Tommy Lauranoff, Robert E. McGowen, Sr., Aubrey Walker, 
and Don Barron. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, July 5, 
2009 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe
