DAN HENRY COLLINS

Danny was proceeded in death by his Father, William A. Collins, Sr.; Brother, 
Gary Alan Collins; Grandparents, Jack & Susie Henry and Maggie Avert.

Danny is survived by his wife Brenda Collins of Phoenix, Az; Two Sons, Chad 
Collins & wife, Megan and Benjamin (Benji) Collins; Two Step-Sons, Jason & 
Justin Settle; Two Granddaughters, Addison Collins and Kinley Collins; Mother, 
Alice Henry Collins; Brother, William A. (Bill) Collins, Jr. & wife Karen; 
Sisters, Ginger Collins; Judy Howell & husband Scotty, Kay Newman & husband 
Neil, Susan Simoneaux & husband Wade and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, 
Nieces and Nephews. Danny was born on February 14, 1955 and raised in West 
Monroe, Louisiana and had made his home in Phoenix, Az. since 1999.

Danny passed away at home on April 28, 2014 unexpectedly but peacefully. 
Services will be held Monday, May 5, 2014 at Best Funeral Home, 9380 W. Peoria 
Ave., Peoria, Az. 85345. (623-486-1955) Visitation 9:00; Services at 11:00; 
Followed by a military burial ceremony at 1:00.
