SEHON L. COOKSEY

COOKSEY, SEHON L. (BO), age 69 of Saint Cloud, Florida went to be with the 
Lord Friday, August 19, 2016. Bo was born the second of three sons to Lewis 
and Gertrude Cooksey of Delhi, Louisiana in 1946. Bo is survived by his wife 
Susan; their four children, Polly, David, John Daniel, and Mary Catherine; his 
eight beloved grandchildren, and his younger brother, Dr. David Cooksey, of 
Shreveport, Louisiana.

Bo was known for his love for missionary work and spreading his love for 
Christ. During his younger years, he traveled to countries such as Guatemala, 
Honduras and Belize. In Bo's most recent work as a real estate agent, he loved 
to share his memories of his own time spent in the service while he was 
passionate to serve veterans seeking new homes. Bo loved all things related to 
water, he once said "the ingredient to fun is water". When free time was 
available, he enjoyed activities such as scuba diving, fishing, spending time 
at the beach, camping, golfing and serving his community. All of Bo's children 
and grandchildren were touched by his relentless playful spirit. They will 
have memories to hold close to their hearts to last a lifetime. 

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 6:30pm at 
CrossPointe Church, 11002 Lake Hart Drive, Orlando, FL 32832. Bo's family is 
forever grateful to the loving staff at Hospice of the Comforter for their 
dedication, love and care.
