Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the Reeks Cemetery in Pioneer, LA with Rev. Jim Herring officiating. Don was born on July 2, 1957 in Oak Grove, LA and passed away in Monroe, LA on September 22, 2014. He loved reading, history, watching Duck Dynasty, and movies, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter, Evie. Don was also an avid LSU and Saints fan. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and is preceded in death by his father, Guy Cooper; mother, Mildred Cooper; step-mother, Sue Jones Cooper; brother, Lonnie Cooper; and infant sister and his best friend, Roger Stilwell.
