WILLIAM PAUL COOPER

Funeral service for Mr. William Paul "Billy" Cooper, Sr, 73, of West Monroe, 
LA, will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at Hyde Park Baptist 
Church in West Monroe with his best friend and preacher Rev. Jeff Luellen 
officiating. Interment will follow at St. Paschals Cemetery under the 
direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mr. Cooper worked hard and played hard. He enjoyed drag racing, mud racing, 
and spending time on his houseboat. Mr. Cooper was a member of Hyde Park 
Baptist Church and loved the outdoors, hunting, and was an avid fisherman. He 
was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Cooper; parents, Sylvester and Helen 
Cooper; and sister, Carol Boudreau.

Survivors include his son, Bill Cooper, Jr. and wife Jackie; daughter, Janae 
Cooper; six grandchildren, Kennedy, Jackson, Aubrey, and Holden Cooper; 
Heather Holladay and Joshua Lee; brother, Larry Cooper and wife Julie; sister, 
Kathy Magee and husband Donnie; and his childhood sweetheart and Fiancé, Sue.

Pallbearers will be Rusty Conville, Don Plunk, Beryl Richardson, Caley Joyner, 
Bryan Craighead, Shane Wallace, Wayne Crowell, Ricky Streetman, and Joshua 
Lee.

Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 7:00PM Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at Hyde 
Park Baptist Church.
