MILDRED BUCKNER CORRIGAN

Mildred "Millie" Buckner Corrigan passed away on April 8, 2017 at the age of 
52. Beloved daughter of Ann Pitts Rollins and the late Thomas Hughes 
Corrigan. Sister of the late Charlotte Corrigan Lewis. Step brother of 
Charles Harrison Rollins, his wife Lisa and their two children, Hunter and 
Harrison. She is survived by her nieces and nephew, Erica, Meg and Myles 
Lewis who she loved very much. She is also survived by her beloved 
Pomeranians, Red, Whip and Boo and a sugar glider named Hazel.

Millie graduated from Louisiana State University and was currently working 
as a real estate agent. She loved fashion and had a style of her own. Millie 
had the biggest heart and touched everyone she met. She had more friends 
than anyone could count and cared for them all. Although Millie never had 
children of her own she was a mother to many. She will always be remembered 
for her compassionate nature which drew everyone to her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation and Memorial Mass 
Service on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1025 
Napoleon Ave. Visitation will begin at 9:30 A.M. with the Memorial Mass 
beginning at 11 A.M.. Arrangements by JACOB SCHOEN & SON FUNERAL HOME. In 
lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to the SPCA, an animal shelter,
