JAMES EARLON COUGHRAN

Funeral services for Mr. James Earlon Coughran of West Monroe will be 10:00am 
Saturday, December 19, 2015 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe. 
Interment will follow at Coax Baptist Church Cemetery in Baskin, La under the 
direction of Griffin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm 
Friday, December 18, 2015 at the funeral home.

Mr. Coughran was born March 28, 1957 in South Elgin, IL and passed from this 
life on December 15, 2015 in Monroe, La at the age of 58. He was the owner and 
operator of Double C Construction. He loved hunting, fishing, racing cars and 
spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, Charlie Coughran and grandparents, 
James Fred and Audrie Coughran.

Survivors include his wife, Lona Coughran of West Monroe; two daughters, 
Audrey Marie Peterson (Darron) and Tina Aaron (Ben) all of West Monroe; four 
sons, Anthony Coughran, Caleb James Coughran, and Chad Coughran all of West 
Monroe, and Charlie Ray (Holly) of Downsville, La; siblings, Larry Coughran, 
Fred Coughran, Ted Coughran and Curt Coughran all of West Monroe and Janet 
Rice of Chatham; also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great-
grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Larry Coughran, Fred Coughran, Ted Coughran, Curt 
Coughran, Ben Aaron and Darron Peterson.
