Weldon Bares and Rev. Betty Swanson officiating. Interment will follow at Start Cemetery at Start, LA. Mrs. Crawford passed away Thursday, July 2, 2009. She was a member of Lea Joyner Memorial United Methodist Church. Mrs. Crawford was preceded in death by her husband, S.J. Crawford; son, Mike Dowdey; brother-in-law, Jim Jones; and nephew, Mark Jones. Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Lockwood and husband William Hubert; grandchildren, Donna Clampit and husband Vence of Russell, KS, Alicia Perdue and husband Micheal of West Monroe, LA, Amy Lockwood of West Monroe, LA, David Temple and wife Sandra of Monroe, LA and Scott Lockwood and wife Stephanie of Mt. Pleasant, TX; great grandchildren, Brook Clampit, Matthew Clampit, Harrison Sullivan, Kersten Sullivan, Gage Perdue, Madison Lockwood, Harley Lockwood, Bryan Temple, Hannah Temple, Holly Temple, and Emma Lockwood; one great-great grandchild, Ariana Campbell; brothers, Jimmy Lee Fuller and wife Dot and Tommy Fuller and wife Vicki; sisters, Mary Joyce Whitten and husband Billy and Doris Jones; a host of nieces and nephews; special friend, Ginger Coleman. Pallbearers will be Jimbo Fuller, Danny Keith Fuller, Freddie Sapp, Charlie Hable, Mickey Skains, and Landon Sapp. Visitation is from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, July 3, 2009 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Special thanks to nurses on the 5th floor of St. Francis North Hospital and Hospice Compassus, Kyla, Jessica, and Sean.
