ALICE MIGNONE HALEY CREEKMORE

West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Mignone Haley Creekmore, 65, of Calhoun, LA 
will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 7, 2009 in the chapel of Mulhearn 
Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Micky Hudnall officiating. Interment will 
follow at Roselawn Memorial Garden Cemetery, Calhoun, LA.

Mrs. Creekmore was a member of Clark Springs Baptist Church. She retired as a 
bank teller from Iberia Bank. She is preceded in death by her father and 
mother, Mitchell and Oma Haley; brothers, Jimmy and Jake Haley, S. L. Taylor, 
J.T. Taylor, and Awress Taylor; sisters, Annie Mae Keirn, Maudie Lee Christy, 
and Beatrice Pace; and her first husband, William Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel Creekmore, Sr.; two sons, William E. 
Smith, Jr. and Daniel Creekmore, Jr.; three daughters, Tina Pancoast, Tammy L. 
Jacoby, and Rebecca S. Creekmore; six grand children, Ryley A. Smith, Joshua 
Jacoby, Stanley Jacoby, Eden Holt, Alvin Holt, and Daniel J. Creekmore; and 
three sisters in-law, Opal Taylor, Geneva Taylor, and Martha Haley.

Pallbearers will be Billy Taylor, Jack Taylor, Tommy Foster, Michael Hunt, 
Joshua Jacoby, and Roger Hale.

Honorary pallbearers will be Stanley Jacoby and Ryley Smith.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to Clark Springs Baptist Church.
