ANGELA CRENSHAW

Bastrop, LA.

Funeral services for Angela Crenshaw, age 34, of Bastrop will be 2:00 PM 
Sunday, December 26, 2004 at the Chapel of Cox Funeral Home, Bastrop with the 
Rev. Steve Speer and James Dodson, Jr. officiating. Interment will be at the 
Bartholomew Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home, Bastrop.

Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM Saturday at Cox 
Funeral Home.

Angela was born September 20, 1970 and passed away at home on December 24, 2004.

Angela was a Licensed Practical Nurse devoted to the care of her patients at 
Aging Care Home Health. She was also a member of Canaan Baptist Church in 
Bastrop.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Hospice Care of Louisiana and 
to her special friends, Pat Cheek, Paula Sowyers, Jennifer Cooper, and Debbie 
Johnson for all the loving care and time they devoted to Angela.

Surviving Angela are her children, Kaci Diane Crenshaw and Hayward Kyle 
Crenshaw of Bastrop; mother and stepfather, Diane and Royce Stephenson of 
Bastrop; father, Bennie Wayne Johnson of El Dorado, Arkansas; sister, Stephanie 
Dodson and husband Sonny Dodson of Alexander, Arkansas; two brothers, Chris 
Stephenson and wife Renee' Stephenson of Bastrop and Ross "Bubba" Stephenson; 
grandmother, LuVenia Stephenson of Bastrop; aunt, Betty Ross Graves of Mer 
Rouge, Louisiana; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of loving 
family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Todd Bryan, Billy Anderson, Corey Cooper, Toni Summerall, 
Tommy Sowyers, and John Hattaway.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Daniel Trejo, Rodney Whitstone, Roy Riles, Harry 
Cheek, Leonard McMillan, and Dr. Santin.

The family request that any planned memorials be made to the Morehouse Cancer 
Fund, P.O. Box 1060 Bastrop, Louisiana 71220
