PATSY BARMORE CRITSELOUS

Memorial services for Patsy Barmore Critselous, (affectionately known as Momma Crit
Crit), age 83, of Ruston, will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday January, 29th, 2017 
at Temple Baptist Church in Ruston, Louisiana. Officiating the services will be 
Dr. Reggie Bridges and Brother Dale Oden. Following the memorial service will 
be a celebration of life reception in the fellowship hall. In 2009 she arranged 
to donate her body to LSU Medical Center in Shreveport. A private interment wi
will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Critselous was born March 22, 1933 in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed aw
away January 16, 2017 in Ruston, Louisiana after a brief illness. She was a lo
loving, compassionate wife and mother. She was deeply devoted to her church and fa
family, and was very strong in her faith in the Lord. She worked many years at Ce
Cedar Creek School in the cafeteria and in later years she was a sitter who pr
provided companionship and aide to many of the elderly in Ruston.

She is preceded in death by her parents Henry Clyde Barmore and Mamie Colvin

Barmore and her husband Lloyd Lintz Critselous, her son John Phillip Critselous
Critselous, her daughter Melanie Ann Critselous and five sisters and three br
brothers.

She is survived by her children; Susan Critselous Howell of Knoxville, 
Tennessee, Russell Critselous and wife Cathy Anderson Critselous of Ruston, 
Pamela Critselous Owen and husband Jerry Lynn Owen of Ruston, and Robert Lintz
Critselous
Critselous and wife Paula Pruitt Critselous of Bentonville, Arkansas; one 
sister Alice Barmore Heaberlin of Minden; grandchildren, Tiffany Owen Soto and 
husband Tim, Tammy Owen Roberts and husband Jamie, Benjamin Phillip Critselous, 
Emily Critselous Brister and husband Lee, Joshua Lintz Critselous, Cullen Rex
Critselous
Critselous and Abbey Lintz Critselous; great grandchildren, Cameron Roberts, 
Mackenzie Tatum, Madison Soto, Brody Soto, Braden Soto, Hudson Brister, Cale 
Roberts, Myers Brister, and Lennon Brister; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any memorials may be made to St. Jude 
Children's Research Hospital , Temple Baptist Church (1515 Service Rd W, 
Ruston, LA 71270) or the American Diabetes Association .
