EMILY VIOLA LEE CROSSER

Funeral services for Mrs. Emily Viola Lee Crosser, 87, of Sterlington, LA, will 
be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 7, 2009, at Mulhearn Memorial Park 
Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Rick McPhearson officiating. Interment will follow 
in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mrs. Crosser was born on July 12, 1921 in Rayville, LA and passed away February 
3, 2009. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sterlington, and worked at 
Northeast Louisiana University in Gumby Hall Cafeteria for many years.

Viola was preceded in death by her husband, W. F. Crosser; and son, John Wesley 
Crosser.

Survivors include her daughter, Shelby Smith of Tucson, AZ; son, Freddie 
Crosser and wife Alice of Monroe, LA; daughter, Pat Hollenshead and husband 
David of West Monroe, LA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-
great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ritchie Smith, Bill Crosser, Ed Hollenshead, Richard Smith, 
Keith Jordan, and Robert Lawrence.

Visitation will be Friday, February 6, 2009, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to your church 
or your favorite charity.
