KRESSIE MYERS CROWELL

Funeral services for Mrs. Kressie Myers Crowell, 78, of Eros, are 10:00AM on 
Friday, March 8th, at the Luna Assembly of God with Pastor Joel Brackett 
officiating. Interment follows in the Luna Assembly of God Cemetery under the 
direction of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. 

Mrs. Crowell was born October 24th, 1934, and passed away March 5th, 2013 at 
Jonesboro, LA. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she was a long-time 
member of the Luna Assembly of God.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Irvin on January 13th, 2013, 
and by her parents, Burton and Mavis Lenard Myers.

Survivors include her son, Thomas Younse (Judy); her daughter, Carla Thornell 
(Sheldon); 2 brothers, Brinkley Myers (Sylvia) and Bristol Myers (Anita); 2 
grandchildren, Joshua and Caleb Younse; 3 great-grandchildren; her step-son, 
Roger Crowell (Jan); and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Joshua and Caleb Younse, Carl, Leonard and Joey Myers, and 
Jimmie Bailey.

Visitation is Thursday, March 7th, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Luna 
Assembly of God, 2843 Red Cut Road, West Monroe, 71292.
